DESCRIPTION:The Billie will spotlight independent Black filmmakers and visionary storytellers.\n\n\nThe Billie will spotlight independent Black filmmakers and visionary storytellers with its inaugural Black Film Symposium – “I Got a Story to Tell”: A Day of Black Cinema.  \nCurated by filmmaker & programmer Tayler Montague\, the symposium is an immersive exploration into the breadth of Black filmmaking. Attendees can expect to see narrative and documentary films\, as well as shorts by local filmmakers.
